PUBLIC NOTICE
City of Perham – Request for Proposals (RFP)

The City of Perham is requesting sealed proposals for the construction of a 7,560 sq. ft Maintenance Building.

Qualified contractors are invited to submit proposals to provide all labor, materials, equipment, and services necessary for the completion of this project. Detailed specifications and scope of work information are available upon request.

The City of Perham reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, to waive informalities, and to accept the proposal deemed to be in the best interest of the City.

Please submit proposals by 12:00 Noon on October 8^th, 2026 at Perham City Hall, 125 Second Avenue NE, PO Box 130, Perham, MN 56573, in accordance with the instructions provided in the official RFP materials.
