A APPROVAL FOR PAYMENT OF CITY CLAIMS
Council may wish to approve payment of Prepaid and Unpaid City Claims. (Enclosure)
B 2024 AUDIT
Council may wish to consider accepting the 2024 Audit as presented by Brady Martz at the May Committee of the Whole. (Enclosure)
*C LAKES COUNTRY TECHNOLOGY CONTRACT
Council may wish to approve a one-year Technology and Network Services contract with Lakes Country Service Cooperative. (Enclosure)
*D LAKES COUNTRY HEALTH & SAFETY SERVICES CONTRACT
Council may wish to approve a one-year Health & Safety Services contract with Lakes Country Service Cooperative. (Enclosure)
*E APPROVE TEMPORARY LIQUOR LICENSE
Council may wish to approve a temporary on-sale liquor license for Brew Ales & Eats for an event to be held on June 21, 2025. (Enclosure)
*F ACCEPTANCE OF PERHAM AREA COMMUNITY CENTER'S FINANCIAL REPORTS
Council may wish to accept the PACC's Financial Reports. (Enclosure)
*G ACCEPTANCE OF THE CITY’S FINANCIAL REPORTS
Council may wish to accept the following reports: Cash Balance and Investment Summary, Budget Summary – Revenue and Expense, Enterprise Financials and the Utility Aging Report.(Enclosure)
7. FIRE DEPARTMENT
A APPROVE INCREASE TO FIRE RELIEF PENSION AMOUNT
Council may wish to approve an increase to the Fire Relief Pension Amount effective July 1, 2025. (Enclosure)
8. HOUSING, PLANNING AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT
A APPROVE APPLICATION FOR FUNDING
Council may wish to approve an application request by Grow Perham for funding from the Otter Tail County Community Development Agency Community Growth Partnership Grant. (Enclosure)
B APPROVE DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT
Council may wish to approve a Development Agreement between the City of Perham and Grow Perham, LLC. (Enclosure)
C APPROVE RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A FINANCING DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT
Council may wish to approve a resolution authorizing the execution of a financing development agreement for the Grow Perham 2 Development Project. (Enclosure)
9. PARKS, PUBLIC WORKS AND PUBLIC SAFETY
A CITY ENGINEER MONTHLY UPDATE
City Engineer will give an update on various projects.
B PUBLIC HEARING
Council may wish to hear comments from the public regarding the Perham Police Department's Body Worn Camera Policy. (Enclosure)
*C APPROVE STREET CLOSURE REQUEST
Council may wish to consider a request by Calvary Lutheran Church for permission to block 3rd Avenue SW between 6th Street SW and 7th Street SW from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm on August 20, 2025 for a Community Wide Back to School Block Party. (Enclosure)
10. INFORMATION AND ANNOUNCEMENTS
A An Otter Express Joint Powers Board meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, June 17 @ 8:30 am at the Otter Tail County Government Center
B Turtle Fest is scheduled for June 18 - June 22
C The City Offices will be closed on Thursday, June 19 for the Juneteenth Holiday
D The Committee of the Whole is scheduled for Monday, June 23 @ 5:15 pm
E The City Offices will be closed on Friday, July 4 for Independence Day
F The Household Hazardous Waste Day is scheduled for Thursday, July 10 from 10:00-2:00 at the Public Works Garage
G The next regular Council Meeting is scheduled for Monday, July 14 @ 5:15 pm
