A APPROVAL FOR PAYMENT OF CITY CLAIMS
Council may wish to approve payment of Prepaid and Unpaid City Claims. (Enclosure)
*B APPROVE WEST CENTRAL INITIATIVE FUNDING REQUEST
Council may wish to approve a funding request from West Central Initiative for $3,200.00. (Enclosure)
*C ACCEPTANCE OF PERHAM AREA COMMUNITY CENTER'S FINANCIAL REPORTS
Council may wish to accept PACC's Financial Reports. (Enclosure)
*D ACCEPTANCE OF THE CITY’S FINANCIAL REPORTS
Council may wish to accept the following reports: Cash Balance and Investment Summary, Budget Summary – Revenue and Expense, Enterprise Financials and the Utility Aging Report. (Enclosure)
7. HOUSING, PLANNING, AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT
A APPROVE OPPORTUNITY GRANT
Council may wish to approve an Opportunity Grant between the City of Perham and Foltz Rental Properties, LLC for $50,000.00 for the development of a rental twin home on 8th Avenue SW. (Enclosure)
B APPROVE OPPORTUNITY GRANT
Council may wish to approve an Opportunity Grant between the City of Perham and Foltz Rental Properties, LLC for $50,000.00 for the rehabilitation of the old Forum building. (Enclosure)
8. PARKS, PUBLIC WORKS AND PUBLIC SAFETY
A CITY ENGINEER MONTHLY UPDATE
City Engineer will give an update on various projects.
9. INFORMATION AND ANNOUNCEMENTS
A A Special Council Meeting and Committee of the Whole are scheduled for Wednesday, September 25 at 5:15 pm
B The next regular Council Meeting is scheduled for Monday, October 14 @ 5:15 pm
